Dr Tranter Aesthetics is an established, doctor-led aesthetic clinic in Byron Bay, known for combining medical expertise with a refined, natural approach to cosmetic treatments. We’re looking for a full-time doctor to join our growing team as we continue to expand into the next phase of our development. The position will commence at four days per week, with the potential to expand as demand grows.

This role is ideal for a doctor with a strong interest in aesthetics who’s eager to develop their skills in a supportive, high-standard environment. You’ll be working closely with Dr Sarah Tranter and our team to deliver exceptional patient care, help shape treatment plans, and contribute to the clinic’s ongoing innovation in the cosmetic space.

We’re looking for someone who’s not only passionate about injectables but also genuinely interested in comprehensive skin and dermal rejuvenation — including:

💡 Advanced laser and resurfacing treatments

🌿 Pigmentation, rosacea, and acne management

⚡ RF and other energy-based skin tightening technologies

✨ Collagen stimulation and skin health optimisation

You’ll be part of a doctor-led team that believes in combining medical precision with holistic, long-term skin outcomes, offering patients complete care from structure to surface.

Experience in these modalities is preferred, but for the right candidate, we can provide structured training and support. Pre-employment training will be essential to ensure technical proficiency and alignment with our clinical standards before commencing in-clinic work.

What we’re looking for:

• Medical degree and AHPRA registration

• A genuine interest in aesthetic medicine

• Experience with aesthetic treatments (injectables, laser, energy based treatments) preferred but not essential for the right candidate.

• Certification in laser safety and injectables preferred

• Strong communication and patient relationship skills

• A detail-oriented, professional approach with a focus on natural, high-quality results

• Willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a collaborative team
