Do I need to do anything to prepare for my appointment?
There will be some specifics depending on your appointment type, but generally there are a few things you can do before your appointment to give you the best experience! Make sure you’re well hydrated and that you avoid wearing make up prior to your appointment - chances are we will need to remove it! If you take any regular medications, have had any recent procedures/treatments, or are pregnant or breastfeeding please let the team know so we can make sure it’s safe for your treatment.
What if I’m running late?
Please contact the clinic as soon as possible. We strive to keep all our appointments running to time, and if you arrive late you may forfeit your appointment time and have to reschedule or have your appointment cut short.
What if I can’t make my appointment?
While we understand that things happen from time to time, we have a cancellation and booking policy to help in these situations - you can find it here. This is to protect our staff and clinic time, and also to set out clear guidance for all our patients. We are able to reschedule you if you give us more than 24 hours notice, but any changes or cancellations within that time frame will incur a fee or loss of booking deposit.
Is there parking at the clinic?
Yes, we have plenty of parking at the rear of the clinic in the Lawson Street south carpark, plus on street parking on Jonson Street in front of the clinic. Find us upstairs from Country Road, through the white gate to the right hand side.
Can I bring my child or pet?
While we love children and animals, we’re sorry, but we are unable to provide a suitable environment that can accommodate them. This is due to health and safety regulations, and the fact that we want to create a safe, calming environment for all our clients. Please ensure you make alternative arrangements for child and pet care prior to your appointment. Thank you.
